Crying Head. Perbeck Marble.
Fifth piece from the ongoing Heads project. The project consists of human forms, made from stones weathered in natural environment. My aim is to see faces or body shapes and feeling the emotion in the natural shape of the stone and enhancing it.
This piece of Perbeck marble had interesting lines and “runs”.
The emotions are sadness and sorrow.
